Gary Ji is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office.

He has extensive experience in patent infringement litigation across a broad range of technologies, with a focus on pharmaceutical patents. Mr. Ji has also litigated and advised clients on patents covering other technologies, including semiconductors, wireless communications, liquid crystal displays, and vaccine manufacturing. He has represented brand name pharmaceutical companies and technology companies based in the U.S., Asia, and Europe.

Mr. Ji received a B.S. in Chemistry from Nankai University in China in 1992 and an M.S. in Chemistry from The University of Toledo in 1996. He received his J.D. from Columbia University School of Law in 2002. Mr. Ji is fluent in Chinese and admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. Patent Office.
