Gary L. Redwine concentrates his practice on commercial real estate and structured finance as well as environmental law. His commercial real estate experience includes originating loans for the commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) market. Gary has extensive experience representing commercial banks, insurance companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs). He also represents local and regional lenders and developers in matters of acquisition, development and leasing.

Gary has considerable experience with the major federal environmental statutes and their various state law analogues, including the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Air Act (CAA) and the Clean Water Act (CWA). He has served as an attorney-advisor to the Environmental Protection Agency where he focused on enforcement and compliance matters under CERCLA, RCRA, CWA and CAA.
