Gavin Grover’s practice is focused on the representation of growth companies in a wide variety of transactional matters. He serves as primary outside counsel to a large number of both private and public emerging and established growth companies, and counsels companies from formation through the initial public offering stage and beyond to ultimate sale or merger. Mr. Grover has also handled a number of complex workouts, restructurings, and distressed company acquisitions both inside and outside of bankruptcy court.
