Gayle L. Gayle has litigated numerous trademark infringement actions and copyright infringement cases in various industries and subjects, including software, computerized map animations, and photography. She is licensed to practice in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and represents clients in trademark proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in domain name dispute proceedings, as well as handling trademark clearance and trademark prosecution. Gayle's patent infringement litigation experience has involved telecommunications, consumer products and manufacturing methods.

Prior to earning her law degree, Gayle worked in the fields of clinical laboratory medicine, medical research and clinical product development.
