Gayle Camp is Special Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Development and Finance, Commercial Finance and Finance Capital Markets Practices. Ms. Camp’s practice focuses on representation of developers, lenders, and servicers in connection with multifamily real estate projects that include Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae financing.
In addition, Ms. Camp has extensive experience in general commercial and residential transactional practice as counsel for developers, builders, lenders, owners, buyers and investors, handling contract negotiation, due diligence, title clearance, closings, foreclosures, landlord/ tenant matters and quiet title actions.
