Geoff Weirich is a partner in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Atlanta office. Mr. Weirich represents major employers throughout the nation in successfully avoiding and defending a broad range of employment-related claims, particularly in the class/collective action context. His focus areas include employment discrimination and sophisticated pay equity claims, restrictive covenants and wage-hour matters. In addition, Mr. Weirich has a relatively unique focus in handling complex disability access issues. Although Mr. Weirich highly values the opportunity to avoid litigation by providing timely counseling, he is known nationally for the ability to efficiently and effectively manage complex class, collective and multi-plaintiff actions.
