Geoff is an associate in the securities litigation group of Ropes & Gray, where he has practiced since 2008. Geoff advises hedge funds, private equity clients, investment banks, investment managers, financial advisors, broker-dealers, public companies, and other clients in securities, transactional, and other complex business litigation in federal and state courts. Geoff also regularly advises clients in federal and state government investigations, including investigations by the SEC. Geoff also advises private equity clients on general partner liability insurance matters, anti-corruption and OFAC issues. Geoff’s pro bono practice has included the successful representation of political asylees in immigration court.
