Geoffrey Raux is senior counsel with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice. Mr. Raux represents a variety of clients in the business and health care sectors. His practice concentrates on complex commercial litigation matters, internal investigations, and government compliance. Mr. Raux also handles employment litigation, Medicare and Medicaid appeals, and has substantial experience drafting and negotiating clinical trial agreements.

Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Raux was an associate with the New York office of Dewey Ballantine LLP. He was involved in several civil and criminal litigation matters, including white collar criminal defense, labor disputes, and False Claim’s Act litigation.
