has over 20 years of experience in a wide range of commercial and product liability litigation. Recently, his principal focus has been on complex MDL and class action product liability litigation. He has also handled successfully a wide variety of NLRB arbitrations and state and federal cases involving union-management labor relations. He has represented several oil companies in various antitrust, breach of contract and environmental cases, particularly in Alaska. He has litigated insurance coverage cases as well.
