Gerald P. Lance

has more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, land development and real estate finance. He focuses his practice on commercial leasing (retail, office, and industrial), construction lending, long-term institutional financing and related restructurings, commercial land and income-producing property sales, construction contracts, and real estate development. Jerry has coordinated the real estate portions of several major multi-state acquisitions and financings.

In addition to his private practice, Jerry was formerly senior counsel for a large multi-state land development company where he focused on residential land development for master-planned communities, including golf course operations.°
