Gil Kaminski is special counsel in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Detroit office, with a primary focus on the automotive and aerospace industries, automotive transactions and supply chain management (supply contracts, warranty and recall responsibility, and dispute resolution).

Prior to joining Pepper, Mr. Kaminski was Executive Director – Transactions at General Motors Company, where he led a team of senior lawyers who provided legal support and direction on a full range of transactional matters at the highest level of the company and served as lead counsel on a number of GM’s most significant projects and initiatives. Mr. Kaminski began his career at GM in 1985 and retired after 30 years of service with the company.
