Gillian joined Dorsey & Whitney in 2001, when she began as an associate in the firm’s Trial Group. Her interest in client service and the attorney-client relationship led to a role in the firm’s Professional Services Group, where she now serves as Dorsey’s Director of Client Relations. As the Director of Client Relations, Gillian assists the firm in its organizational growth by providing strategic client direction and by helping execute those strategies. She helps Dorsey’s attorneys maintain their client relationships while developing new connections through coordination of Dorsey’s key client teams. Through events, seminars, and social media, Gillian creates opportunities for Dorsey lawyers to stay connected with clients and with one another. Gillian travels throughout the firm’s offices to ensure that all Dorsey attorneys have a consistent client focus and she conducts training sessions for partners and associates on client service and relationship development.
