Gina Forgianni Gray

Gina Forgianni Gray, counsel in the firm's Personal Planning practice, focuses her practice on trust and estate planning and administration. She counsels wealthy families and individuals, advising on gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, and implements multifaceted transactions that reorganize client assets in order to minimize transfer taxes. She advises individual and corporate clients with respect to the creation and administration of private foundations and charitable trusts. She also assists clients with the preparation of gift and estate tax returns, audits and private letter rulings. She has co-authored tax update columns and Year-in-Review supplements for Trusts & Estates Magazine, and has lectured at professional education seminars, including those organized by the National Business Institute (NBI).
