Gina L. Lauriero is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. Lauriero focuses her practice on a variety of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including the design, implementation, and administration of equity, incentive compensation, nonqualified deferred compensation, employment, and severance plans and arrangements. She also advises clients on all employee benefits and compensation-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Lauriero was an associate in the employee benefits and executive compensation practice of a large international law firm and an editor for an international legal publishing company where she drafted and edited employee benefits and executive compensation articles.
Ms. Lauriero earned her J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 2004, where she was an editor of the Cornell Law Review. She earned her B.A., cum laude, in history from College of the Holy Cross in 2001.
Ms. Lauriero is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
