Glenn Johnson

joined King & Spalding in 2003. He is counsel with the Special Matters and Government Investigation Practice Group in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office. Mr. Johnson regularly assists clients with the evaluation and selection of vendors, and with addressing shortfalls in eDiscovery technology infrastructure, processes and procedures.

Mr. Johnson has been involved in eDiscovery since the mid 1990s. He has considerable forensic experience with imaging and has analyzed hundreds of drives, including but not limited to artifact/registry analysis, signature analysis, NIST/NSRL filtering, and carving unallocated space. Mr. Johnson has a high level of familiarity with storage systems, desktop/server operating systems, switches/routers, desktop/enterprise messaging systems, desktop/enterprise database systems and security systems (including but not limited to IDS/IPS/PKI/cryptosystems).

Mr. Johnson is admitted to practice in Florida and Georgia. He is an IT and litigation support expert with the following certifications: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), EnCe (EnCase Certified Examiner), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CCDA (Cisco Certified Design Associate), CCNP (Cisco Certified Networking Professional), CCDP (Cisco Certified Design Professional), CCSA (CheckPoint Certified Systems Administrator), MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer), Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US), Certified Information Privacy Professional/Information Technology (CIPP/IT), Certified Information Privacy Professional/Government (CIPP/G), and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM).
