Glenn Sickenberger is a real estate attorney with over 30 years of experience in both the corporate and law firm settings. Having served as in-house counsel with a national shopping center developer/manager and with an institutional lender, he draws upon a depth of legal and business experience in representing and counseling clients in a broad variety of real estate transactions.

An area of emphasis in Glenn’s practice is representing landlords or tenants in commercial real estate lease transactions, including major office, shopping center and warehouse leases. His work in this area is informed by knowledge and experience involving related operational, management and enforcement issues. He also represents clients in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate projects.

Another significant portion of Glenn’s practice involves representing institutional lenders in commercial mortgage loan transactions as well as structured finance transactions, including mezzanine loans, A/B debt structures and loan participations. Here, he contributes experience and insight in reaching practical solutions to difficult issues.
