Glenn M. Salvo is a trial lawyer in Dorsey’s Minneapolis office. Glenn represents clients in heavily regulated industries, including the life sciences and health care, financial services, mining and manufacturing, and technology commerce industries in regulatory proceedings, and before trial courts, appellate courts, and arbitral tribunals.

Glenn focuses on health care litigation and regulatory compliance, securities litigation and enforcement, franchise litigation, complex commercial litigation, and class actions. Glenn also represents clients before various state and federal agencies including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Minnesota Attorney General’s Office, Wisconsin Department of Justice, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and various securities exchanges & state securities regulators.

Prior to joining the firm, Glenn clerked for the Honorable John C. Shabaz, U.S. District Court Judge, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin, and interned with the Civil Litigation Division of the Wisconsin Department of Justice.
