Gordon C. Andrews

GORDON C. ANDREWS is a Member of the Firm in the Corporate Services practice, in the firm's New York office. He concentrates in corporate and securities law.

Before joining Epstein Becker Green, Mr. Andrews accumulated more than 20 years of experience as in-house counsel with large multinational corporations. Most recently, he was senior vice president and general counsel of Essroc Corp., the North American arm of Italmobilaire S.P.A. of Italy. Prior to that he was vice president, Law, of M & T Chemicals Inc. (now Elf Atochem North America, Inc.), a multi-national subsidiary of Societe Nationale Elf Aquitaine of France.
