Gordon Davenport III is a partner and litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. Mr. Davenport has represented insurance companies in a wide range of litigation matters, including coverage disputes, national class actions, distribution and sales practice disputes, and regulatory matters. He also has extensive experience representing insurance brokers in E&O claims. Mr. Davenport is a leader in the field of Directors and Officers insurance, and has presented extensively on that subject. He is chair of the firm’s Insurance & Reinsurance Litigation Practice.

In addition to Mr. Davenport’s work in the insurance field, he has also represented many clients in various kinds of complex commercial litigation, including defense of consumer class actions, distribution litigation, and product liability cases.
