With extensive experience in the defense of personal injury claims, Gregory Dell has represented numerous commercial, office and retail properties, as well as commercial transport companies, in premises liability, automobile liability, labor law and environmental law matters. His practice also includes the defense of product liability lawsuits. Greg joined Wilson Elser directly out of law school and has been with the firm ever since.
From start to finish, Greg handles all aspects of litigation for his clients and has achieved numerous successful results in state and federal courts and in the appellate courts of New York State. Greg focuses his approach on quick, cost-effective case resolution and is adept at utilizing cost-benefit analysis to help clients determine if a claim should be litigated or settled. He also provides risk management services, advising clients on measures they can take to help prevent litigation or to best position themselves to defend claims that arise.
