Gregory J. Hauck is a partner with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Hauck has extensive experience litigating complex commercial disputes in jurisdictions throughout the United States. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and health care matters.
Mr. Hauck has represented clients in complex commercial cases involving antitrust matters, breaches of fiduciary duty, consumer fraud, contract claims, products liability, professional malpractice, and securities fraud. His clients have included accounting firms, health care companies, medical equipment distributors, retailers, and software manufacturers. He also has extensive experience representing defendants in class actions and has successfully defeated numerous class actions.
Before joining Pepper, Mr. Hauck served as in-house counsel for Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc., where he handled disputes and litigation matters for Siemens’ family of health care companies. At Siemens, he provided guidance to senior executives regarding legal issues affecting the business. He also negotiated contracts involving the sale of medical equipment, software licenses and health care services.
Mr. Hauck previously worked as a partner at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP and as a certified public accountant at Arthur Andersen LLP.
