Gregory Ploussios is a partner in Foley Hoag's Business Department and a member of the Licensing and Strategic Alliances group. He represents software, Internet, life science and medical device clients, with an emphasis on licensing, collaboration, and commercial transactions, including software, data and content licenses and SaaS agreements; joint ventures, collaborations and alliances; development and services agreements; reseller, distribution and OEM agreements; and advice on the use of open source software.
Greg works with emerging technology companies and entrepreneurs as they form and grow their businesses, and in advising investors in structuring investments in such companies, and is experienced in advising clients with respect to venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law advice.
