Greg Cinnamon focuses his practice on domestic and cross border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, investments, commercial transactions, and business operations.

Prior to entering law school, he was an internal auditor with RJR/Nabisco. In 1991 and 1992, Mr. Cinnamon was on assignment to a leading Tokyo law firm where he had significant responsibility in a number of transactions involving cross-border investment and business operations, international finance, and international securities.

Mr. Cinnamon was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® in 2015 and the four years immediately preceding for Mergers & Acquisitions Law. He was recommended in 2011 by Legal 500 US in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions and Buyouts. Mr. Cinnamon was also named as one of Georgia Trend's 2008 "Legal Elite" for Business Law.
