Gregory Sale, an associate in the Corporate group, concentrates his practice in two areas: alternative investments and securities, and middle market mergers and acquisitions.

In the alternative investments and securities arena, Mr. Sale represents public pension funds and other institutional investors in connection with their investments in private equity funds, hedge fund and other pooled investments. He also advises clients on public and private offerings of equity and debt and counsels clients on securities law compliance matters under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934.

With respect to middle-market mergers and acquisitions, Mr. Sale primarily represents companies in sales to strategic acquirers, as well as to venture capital funds, private equity funds and other financial investors. He has developed significant industry experience representing mergers and acquisitions clients in sectors including software, renewable energy and pharmaceuticals.

In addition, Mr. Sale regularly provides clients with corporate governance advice and counseling regarding commercial contracts, as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
