Gregory also regularly counsels clients on a broad range of corporate, securities and business-related matters and matters affecting corporate policy and strategy, including directors’ duties and responsibilities and other aspects of corporate governance, securities law disclosure and compliance, management equity and incentive plans and executive employment agreements.
