Mr. Bahn is a partner in the firm’s Financial Services & Products Group. Mr. Bahn’s practice focuses primarily on public and private securities offerings, corporate governance and securities regulation. Mr. Bahn has extensive experience representing both U.S. and foreign issuers in connection with initial public offerings, secondary offerings, 144A debt offerings, and multijurisdictional tender offers. Mr. Bahn also has experience structuring and negotiating complex mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Mr. Bahn is a member of the firm’s real estate investment trust (REIT) and real estate fund practice and has counseled numerous clients on structuring, forming and launching public and private securities offerings for REITs and real estate funds. Prior to joining Alston & Bird, Mr. Bahn worked in New York and London as an associate in the capital markets group for a large international law firm.

Mr. Bahn holds a J.D. degree from Tulane Law School, where he served as senior articles editor of the Tulane Law Review, an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a B.A. in honors political science and economics from The University of Tennessee. Mr. Bahn is admitted to practice in New York and Texas.
