Halli Cohn

is a partner in the Atlanta office of the Tort and Environmental Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on the defense of serious personal injury and product liability cases, including cases involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices, automotive design and manufacturing issues, asbestos, as well as conveyor and forklift design. Ms. Cohn is one of the main lawyers handling tort litigation for one of the world's largest shipping and logistics companies. She has assisted numerous companies in analyzing and preventing product liability risk.

During her 20 years of practice, she has represented product manufacturers such as GlaxoSmithKline, Sofamor Danek and Gambro Healthcare, General Motors, Mazda, and Mercedes Benz. She has extensive experience in representing clinical laboratories in claims of misdiagnosis and negligent screening. She also represents large oil and gas companies in serious personal injury and premises liability cases.

Ms. Cohn serves as the Chairman of the women senior associates/counsel Affinity Group and she chairs the task force on developing best practices for transitioning to and from maternity leave.
