Hannah Victoria Minkevitch

Hannah Minkevitch is an associate in the General Corporate and Emerging Companies practice groups and a member of the Cooley Business department. She joined the Firm in 2013 and is a resident in the Palo Alto office.

Ms. Minkevitch practices general business and corporate law, representing both public and private companies in a wide range of matters, including formations, private equity and venture capital financings, public offerings, complex business transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Minkevitch received her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law. While in law school, she served on the editorial board of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and won first place in the UC Berkeley Venture Capital Investment Competition. Through the East Bay Community Law Center, she helped provide legal services to low-income members of the community.

Her publication, "To Tax or Not to Tax; That's Not the Question: The Role of Tax Within the Maturing World of E-Commerce" was published in the Berkeley Technology Law Journal Annual Review in July 2012.

Ms. Minkevitch is a member of the State Bar of California.
