Harlan Wendell has substantial direct experience in negotiated corporate acquisitions, acquisition financing, project development in the United States and abroad, strategic alliances in and across the public and private sectors, senior debt transactions, privatizations, structuring and unwinding complex partnerships and joint ventures, and insolvencies and workouts.

Harlan’s clients include both public and privately held companies based in and outside the United States in a variety of industries, including energy, water, manufacturing, transportation, distribution and agribusiness. He was principal outside counsel to the developer in connection with a significant percentage of the gas-fired capacity which has come on line in California since 2001.
