Harold Yu

is deputy head of Orrick's Technology Companies Group. Mr. Yu is based in Orrick's Silicon Valley and San Francisco offices.

Mr. Yu advises high-growth technology companies and has significant experience with venture capital financings, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions and technology transactions. Mr. Yu is deeply interested in technology. Prior to law school, Mr. Yu was a software engineer at Oracle Corporation and an intern at NASA Ames Research Center.
