He has extensive experience in both merger and non-merger antitrust matters involving numerous industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, transportation, energy, industrial equipment, chemicals, retail consumer goods, trade associations and intellectual property. He has successfully handled hundreds of Hart-Scott-Rodino matters, including multi-billion dollar transactions before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice, and advised major corporations on non-merger antitrust matters involving sales practices, pricing, distribution, information exchanges and corporate antitrust compliance.
