Hayden O’Byrne is a litigation associate in the Miami Office who was named a Florida Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2014, and one of 40 under 40 Outstanding Lawyers of Miami-Dade County in 2013. In addition to serving as the primary associate on an MDL consisting of eighteen separate construction product class actions, Mr. O’Byrne has enjoyed success in a wide variety of matters. Recently, following the unsuccessful criminal prosecution of an alleged human trafficking outfit by the United States Department of Justice, Mr. O’Byrne was part of a trial team which successfully prevailed on all claims in a civil suit against the same outfit. During 2013, Mr. O’Byrne also defended claims in the United States Tax Court and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Throughout his career, he has successfully handled dozens of hearings and depositions in both state and federal courts.
