Heather is a partner in the Life Sciences Health Industry Group, practicing in the area of product liability and commercial litigation. She has substantial experience defending pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in mass tort litigation involving products such as diet drugs, hormone therapy, contraceptives, and surgical mesh. She also has experience representing an oil refiner and retailer in all matters of litigation, including multi-district litigation, as well as product innovators in intellectual property controversies involving both patents and trademarks. Heather is a member of the firm's E-Discovery team and regularly advises clients on electronic discovery issues.
