Heather E. Moulder

Heather E. Moulder has been involved in a wide variety of commercial lending transactions on behalf of lenders and business entities since 1998. Her practice focuses on asset based lending and structured finance and includes representation of borrowers, issuers, servicers, and senior and subordinate lenders. Heather's asset based lending experience includes secured and unsecured financings, single lender and syndicate financings, mezzanine financings, participations, debtor-in-possession financings, debt workouts and restructures, complex intercreditor and subordination arrangements and acquisition financings within a wide range of industries, including energy, retail, manufacturing, financial services, real estate, insurance and media and telecommunications. Her structured finance practice includes securitization transactions involving various term structures of asset-backed securities, mortgage warehouse revolving credit facilities, revolving structures through commercial paper conduit facilities and other structures for mezzanine, subordinate and residual financings involving numerous classes of assets, including single family and multi-family mortgage loans, commercial mortgage loans, auto loans, intellectual property loans, equipment leasing, factored receivables, structured settlements and lottery receivables.
