Heena Ali is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Atlanta office. Her practice is focused on the representation of financial institutions and other financial services companies in various transactional, regulatory and general corporate matters.

Ms. Ali received her J.D. from Cornell University in 2012 and her B.S. in Psychology and Political Science from Vanderbilt University, cum laude, in 2008. Ms. Ali is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
