Helen Hsu possesses nearly 25 years of legal experience as an attorney. She graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Medical Technology from L.S.U. and her law degree from L.S.U. Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 1990. She uniquely holds dual law licenses. She became licensed in the state of Louisiana in 1990 and in the state of Texas in 1994.

Ms. Hsu began her legal career working in a small plaintiff’s personal injury law firm in Baton Rouge, LA and then became a staff attorney for the Appropriations Committee of the Louisiana House of Representatives, where she drafted state legislation. Ms. Hsu relocated to Houston, Texas in 1994 to practice there and has been residing in Houston ever since.
