Henry R. Roque is a member of Holland & Knight's International and Cross Border Transactions Group and Healthcare & Life Sciences Team in the firm's Miami office. He practices in the areas of general corporate law matters, international commercial transactions and healthcare regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Roque gained significant experience in sophisticated commercial real estate and financing matters at a boutique law firm in Coral Gables, Florida.

While in law school, Mr. Roque served as a senior editor of the Business Law Brief and served as a student attorney with the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic. Mr. Roque received several awards while attending law school, including the Dean's Award for Professional Responsibility and Outstanding Clinical Student and the Highest Grade Distinction in Contracts and Partnership Taxation. While attending New York University School of Law, Mr. Roque served as a graduate editor of the NYU Journal of Law & Business.
