Henry is a retired partner who continues as of counsel to the firm. He concentrates in commercial real estate acquisition, development, lending and workout matters, and has represented both institutional clients and developers in portfolio sales, commercial mortgage securitizations and other real estate capital markets transactions.

Henry has served as a faculty member at continuing legal education seminars and is the author of a number of articles in various legal publications. Following graduation from law school, he served as law clerk to Justice R. Ammi Cutter of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. He also served as an assistant attorney general of Massachusetts.
