Horace L. Nash

Horace Nash is a partner in the Corporate Group at Fenwick & West, with a practice that focuses on public companies and late stage private companies.

For venture-backed private companies, Horace provides corporate counseling and transactional advice to prepare the company for its initial public offering. For public company clients, he leads capital-raising transactions and counsels the company on corporate governance and sensitive disclosure or compliance issues. Horace also advises investment banks serving as underwriters in IPOs and follow-on public offerings. Horace has represented companies in many industries, including advertising technology, consulting, contract manufacturing, eCommerce, enterprise software, food, industrial equipment, Internet, mobile Internet, networking equipment, retail, semiconductors, and software-as-a-service. He has led a wide variety of securities transactions, including many initial public offerings, follow-on public offerings of debt and equity securities, Rule 144A offerings of convertible notes and high-yield debt, shelf registrations and PIPE transactions.
