Huilin Wang

Huilin Wang is an associate in the firm’s Project Finance and Development Group.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Wang worked as an investment banking analyst and was a judicial extern for the Honorable Chief Judge Alex Kozinski of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She was previously a summer associate at Morrison & Foerster.

Ms. Wang received her A.B. cum laude in economics from Harvard University and her J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, Ms. Wang was an articles editor for the Michigan Journal of Private Equity and Venture Capital Law.
