Ines Marrero-Priegues is a partner in Holland & Knight's Miami office. Ms. Marrero-Priegues has focused her practice on land use and zoning law for more than 17 years. She represents developers before local governments, county boards and state agencies obtaining all types of developmental approvals. She has represented applicants for City of Miami Major Use Special Permit, comprehensive plan amendments and special exceptions. Ms. Marrero-Priegues has represented developers in complex projects requiring several layers of developmental review and approvals, including, but not limited to, historic preservation, architectural review, shoreline review and environmental board review and approvals.
