Isaac Griesbaum's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate and securities matters, primarily for energy companies, manufacturing companies, and private equity firms.

Isaac's recent representations include advising: several energy companies regarding purchases of wells, gathering systems, and other oil and gas assets, as well as the sale of an oil terminal and purchase of a refinery; energy services companies regarding purchases of parts manufacturers and service providers; an energy exploration and development company regarding a notes offering; and a distribution and service company regarding an acquisition of additional locations.

Isaac is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.
