Dave is a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group. He has been defending a wide variety of manufacturers of consumer and mechanical products, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals since 1989.

His experience includes the defense of complex product liability actions as national and local counsel in state and federal courts, including numerous class actions and multi-district litigations. He also has considerable experience managing cross-border litigation of product liability claims, both individual and class actions. Dave also has extensive experience defending against complex toxic tort claims and toxic tort matters in state and federal courts around the country.

In addition, Dave frequently counsels clients on product liability and consumer fraud risk management issues that include recall strategies, product labeling and marketing, clinical trials, regulatory and media communications, adverse event reporting, document management, and standard operating procedures.
