Cory is a member of the Financial Industry Group, practicing in the area of Commercial Restructuring & Bankruptcy. Cory has represented secured and unsecured creditors, lessors and vendors in numerous chapter 11 cases such as WorldCom, Solutia and Aerostar Executive Aviation Corp. He has also represented creditors' committees, trustees and debtors. Cory's practice also focuses on creditors' rights outside of bankruptcy and litigation.
