Kevin Gray is the Assistant Managing Principal of the Dallas office, the head of the firm’s Licensing Group, and a licensed patent attorney. His practice emphasizes domestic and international patent and trademark prosecution, as well as licensing of intellectual property and proprietary rights. Named by Intellectual Asset Management as one of the Top 250 IP Strategists and Licensing Attorneys in the world, Mr. Gray has a particular focus in designing and implementing IP identification, prosecution and enforcement strategies. Mr. Gray routinely prepares and negotiates intellectual property-based agreements of all types, and provides subject matter expertise in IP disputes, including litigation cases.
