J. Michael Jack is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Finance Practice. Mr. Jack focuses his practice on institutional lending, including corporate credit facilities, asset-based lending, and real estate financings. He also has significant experience with troubled credits, including workouts, forbearance arrangements, and foreclosures.

Mr. Jack has successfully closed a wide range of transactions (both in deal size and complexity), including single-lender and multi-lender credit facilities and domestic and cross-border transactions.
