He has also represented companies and individuals in employment disputes, and has litigated cases involving non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, breach of employment agreements, age discrimination and Massachusetts Wage Act claims.

Mr. Kennedy has been recognized by his peers as a preeminent litigator and has been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers list for business litigation published by New England Super Lawyers magazine every year since 2007. During law school, he was an editor of the Vermont Law Review and had his note published. Immediately following law school and prior to private practice, Mr. Kennedy served a one year term as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Cowen, Circuit Judge, at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Kennedy is very active in his local community and currently serves as the Chairman of the Town of Cohasset, Massachusetts Conservation Commission.
