Frasher Murphy is a Partner in the Bankruptcy and Business Restructuring Practice Group at Haynes and Boone, LLP. His practice is focused primarily on complex Chapter 11 cases; however, he has experience in all areas of business bankruptcy law. Frasher also has substantial experience representing parties in out of court restructuring and workout matters, including Article 9 sale transactions. He represents debtors, traditional and nontraditional secured lenders, post-petition lenders, bondholders, purchasers and all other types of secured and unsecured creditors.
