Mark Poerio is a partner in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings, and co-chairs its Global Compensation, Benefits, and ERISA practice. For more than 25 years, Mr. Poerio has been in private practice with a focus on executive compensation, employee benefit, and fiduciary matters, especially from a business, governance, tax, securities, and litigation perspective.
Mark also teaches two courses at Georgetown Law – one focused on executive compensation and governance, and the other focused on the design of benefit plans and employment-related agreements.
