Tracy Walker is a civil trial attorney focusing on product liability, toxic tort, consumer class action and commercial litigation at the trial and appellate level. He handles cases in both state and federal courts throughout the country and has tried cases to verdict in numerous states. He serves as national trial, class action and/or appellate counsel for a range of product manufacturers.

Mr. Walker is national appellate counsel for a major automotive manufacturer and he has handled the appeals of an array of regulatory, commercial, and environmental matters for a large utility. He has tried to verdict wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases in multiple states, including many identified by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as high-risk jurisdictions. He is lead counsel on numerous, high-profile consumer class actions alleging fraud and product defects, and he has arbitrated multi-million dollar commercial disputes, including insurance coverage matters.

Mr. Walker is co-chair of McGuireWoods' appeals and issues practice team and a member of the firm’s Board of Partners. He has been recognized by Chambers USA as a Leading Lawyer for Business, and Virginia Business has named him to its Legal Elite for Appellate Law.
